Cat vs. Mouse, Round 1
so we let the two cats out of the cat room -- Nice Cat was still nice, and we have never had a problem with her, though we think all her in-breeding has made her too dumb to get mad at anything, but that's okay. dumb cat == nice to boy. Evil Cat came out, scoped the house again, and was lovey-dovey for like 15 minutes before she began doing her growl at me and my wife. we didn't panic or wig out, though i did tell my wife to not be so wary of the cat. my wife doesn't listen to me much, and she went to get bribes for the cat. the little treats and such. Evil Cat mellowed some. we let her roam and sit quietly for like three hours. and then we sent both back to their cat room. i figure we'll try this slow approach for a little while and see how it goes. no scratches, no hisses... it's all quiet for now.
