my boss has quit. so three years of ass-kissing and i'm back to square one. well, not really. i get to work for my old boss twice removed -- he promoted me way back when and through the rigors of corporate america and retitling he may yet promote me again to the same title... i get the feeling i'm looping and getting nowhere fast. but then there's my son, who says when i give him a hug or a favorite toy thank you clear as a window, a tuning fork, a glass of cold water.
