what is one supposed to do when working with a project manager that doesn't know how to communicate except with the suits he is trying to impress and doesn't know how to manage morale and who one week says no this isn't critical and then says the next week you need to get this done by friday. this manager from celebration sucks. the sad thing is that his management lets him continue with his behavior and he doesn't seem to believe that he is doing anything wrong. that when a mistake occurs it is not do to his mismanagement but rather the failed efforts of those around him. and everyone continues to work for him. it's like we move when he whines. good grief, i hate this job. i hate to see him rewarded for his ineptitude. he sees himself as a leader. no one likes following him except the two or three minions who are dependent on him for reviews/raises, and i know even they cringe when he manages them. gah. i hate this project. anything that comes from our east coast division sucks.
